Sevierville, Tenn.-- Sean Cloonan was recently promoted from service technician to service manager at Laundry Systems of Tennessee. Cloonan, who joined the laundry equipment distributorship in 2012, goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, according to Jeff Large, owner of Laundry Systems of Tennessee.
“Sean is an extremely hard worker who gives his utmost to help out customers in need of technical service,” said Large. “He's smart, a good leader and easy to work with.”
In his new role, Cloonan manages a factory-trained team of service technicians to ensure prompt service and over-the-phone troubleshooting. He also oversees parts inventory and distribution.
“As service manager, my number one goal is to help the customer,” said Cloonan. “When customers request service, our goal is to be at their location within 24 hours.”
Cloonan joined Laundry Systems of Tennessee after owning and operating a tire store in Sevierville.
